Order Processing

All orders are processed by our team within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification containing your tracking information when your order has been shipped. Please note that depending on the shipping provider, tracking information may be provided to us several business days after the shipment has been picked up so you may receive the shipping notification containing your tracking number 5-7 business days after your order has been shipped. Shipping Estimates

Chonky Bois is shipping with tracking to all countries currently accepting international deliveries.

All products are shipped by their respective manufacturers. This may mean that parts of your order arrive in separate packages and at different times. The current impact of COVID-19 on postal and delivery services may cause your order to be delayed and current shipping estimates range around 14-28 business days after you receive your shipping notification depending on the manufacturer. We always try to get your order to you in the fastest and most economic way possible and ask for your understanding.

If your order or part of your order has not been marked as delivered after 90 days due to factors outside of your control (e.g. significant shipping delays, lost in transit, etc.), we will arrange a full refund for the affected products. Please contact us at info@chonkybois.com to arrange a refund. Please be aware that we do not take responsibility for instances where delivery could not be completed because of factors within your control (e.g. wrong shipping address, package not being picked up at the post office, not following instructions to complete customs process, package being lost after successful delivery, etc.). Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Chonky Bois is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

During certain times of the year, particularly in the week between Christmas and New Years and one week before and after Spring Festival, we usually experience significant shipping delays since many international warehouses and shipping partners do not operate during these times. Your order will still be processed by us within 1-2 business days but you will receive your shipping notification and tracking number later than usual i.e. a few days after the holidays are over. How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available after shipping as been processed.
